DONA Certified Postpartum Doula & Center For Pediatric Sleep Management (CPSM) Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant
Madison is a DONA-certified postpartum doula and a Center for Pediatric Sleep Management-certified sleep consultant. With a background in Child & Family Studies and extensive hands-on experience as a nanny, infant teacher, and daycare manager, Madison brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to her work.
Madison’s passion for supporting families began at a young age, starting as a mother’s helper and evolving into a network of babysitters she managed in high school. Her dedication led her to earn a degree in Child & Family Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Framingham State University, where she graduated in just two and a half years during the pandemic.
After working in daycare management, Madison discovered her true calling as a postpartum doula, combining her love for newborn care, family support, and business management. She completed her postpartum doula training through DONA International, gaining skills to provide hands-on support during the critical postpartum period.
Recognizing a need for deeper sleep support among her clients, Madison expanded her expertise by becoming a certified pediatric sleep consultant. She offers a range of sleep training methods, from super gentle, in-room approaches to tailored in-and-out-of-room techniques. Madison’s sleep plans are customized to each family’s needs, child’s personality, and parenting style, empowering parents to achieve their sleep goals with confidence.
Madison is also the host of the podcast “The Postpartum Plan,” where she shares insights on everything postpartum, from newborn care to mental health, and features experts in the field. Whether through daytime and overnight doula shifts, virtual sleep consulting, or engaging podcast episodes, Madison is committed to making the postpartum period a more supported, joyful experience for every family she works with.

After experiencing an unplanned c-section with my first born, I was nervous about welcoming my second. Besides the recovery process, the sleepless nights made postpartum an incredibly lonely journey. I knew I needed help the second time around - enter Madison from Serene Moments.
I wasn’t familiar with a doula. All I knew was overnight care equaled more sleep. Madison was so much more than that. Madison took the time to get to know what was important to us and what we wanted from this experience. After each visit, she would send us notes from the night. They included every bottle, diaper change, fussiness, sleep cue, etc. — she really got to know my baby’s personality and shared helpful tips and tricks so that we could seamlessly transition care during the day (she was also available by text during the day in case we had questions or needed advice). Madison not only gave me peace of mind that my baby was safe and cared for, but she also provided us with the tools for future sleep success once her time with us was over. When that time did come, the anxiety that I had with my first born wasn’t as palpable. I knew I was in a good place mentally, emotionally, and physically so I could be more present with my baby and actually enjoy the newborn stage. For that, I can’t thank Madison enough. I would highly recommend Serene Moments to every new mom.
We can’t recommend Madison highly enough! She was truly incredible with our newborn, provided endless education to us about all things newborn & infant, always so organized, reliable, and trustworthy. Amazing overnight and daytime care.
Thank you for all you've provided to our family these past 3 months! You helped us get on our feet as new parents and took such incredible care of our family as a whole to ensure we are off to a good start. Having you support us those first few weeks at night helped us feel comfortable to get some rest and recover. We will miss learning from you and know our little one will miss seeing you each week. For anyone thinking of working with Madison, we can't recommend her highly enough!
