  • Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Group

Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Group

First Tuesday of Each Month from 6:30pm-7 :30pm

Facilitated by Genna Wallace, PAIL advocate, birth doula, and placenta encapsulator, this support group offers a safe, compassionate space for those who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy or infant. Drawing from her own personal experience with loss, as well as specialized training in pregnancy and infant loss, Genna creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment for families to share their stories, grieve, and find solace in one another.

Losing a pregnancy or a child brings unimaginable pain, grief, and feelings of isolation. It’s an experience often accompanied by increased risks of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. This group is here to help. We offer peer support for anyone who has experienced loss, no matter the cause or how long it’s been. You are welcome to attend whether you choose to share your story or simply listen.

Our group is open-ended, allowing participants to come together monthly to share their experiences in a setting that fosters connection and healing. This is a space where you can express your emotions freely, knowing others will understand and offer support without judgment.

Through this group, you’ll have the opportunity to establish connections with others who have walked a similar path, helping to ease the isolation that grief can bring. Together, we can offer comfort and hope as you navigate your healing journey.

  • Teen Parent Connection

    Teen Parent Connection

Last Tuesday of Each Month from 6pm-7pm

Parenting preteens and teens can feel like a rollercoaster, but you don’t have to ride it alone! Join Courtney and Jess, two experienced moms who’ve been navigating the ups and downs of parenting for over 18 years. Courtney, a postpartum doula, and Jess, an educator, are here to lead this laid-back support group where parents can connect, share stories, and learn from each other.

Whether you're dealing with the mood swings, school stress, or trying to figure out how to communicate with your teen, this is a safe space to chat with other parents who totally get it. No pressure to talk—come as you are, listen, vent, or just be around people who are in the same boat.

We’ll tackle all the real-life parenting stuff together, offer tips on setting boundaries, keeping communication open, and keeping your sanity intact. This is a judgment-free zone for all the messy, beautiful parts of parenting teens!

Come join the conversation, meet other parents, and find the support you need!
