and provides all of her clients with gentle, easy movement routines to help their bodies prepare for the big day. She is passionate about expanding her tool kit through continued education across multiple fields. In addition to being trained in Spinning Babies, she is a certified mobility specialist, reiki provider, Ayurveda practitioner, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Health.

Kenzie is here to provide a supportive, healthy, judgment-free experience that leaves you feeling like you can face anything. She loves to apply her experience as a personal trainer and extensive knowledge of female anatomy and physiology into her work as a doula.

Kenzie became a doula after experiencing multiple pregnancy losses herself, and realizing how monumental it is to have a knowledgeable support system during the many transitions of pregnancy and birth. In her personal time, she loves to practice yoga and jiu jitsu, crochet, and spend time with her chickens, ducks, dogs, and family at her home in Kingston, NH. She is so excited to get to know all of the lovely families throughout the process of bringing new life into the world!

What are clients saying…

“Kenzie made my postpartum experience healing – in more ways than one. The first few weeks of the postpartum
journey are hard & Kenzie was able to help me find balance & peace within my new chapter. I am so grateful for
her support & knowledge!”

Kenzie is a phenomenal doula. She was upbeat and positive, respectfully hands on and completely present for me during my labor and birth (and pregnancy). She provided emotional and physical support, was encouraging and helpful in every way. Some examples of how she helped include helping me get to the bathroom, in and out of the birth tub, to my bed, gave me my drinks, provided counter pressure during my contractions and was happy to help every time! She was also fun and helped me laugh a lot between contractions. She was so kind and positive it made needing help from her a pleasure instead of feeling like an inconvenience. She's exactly the kind of doula I wanted to support me and my family during the birth of my 5th baby. She's a complete natural and super enthusiastic about birth. She's a joy to have around and was an invaluable part of my birth team. Everyone who interacted with her, from my kids, husband, midwife and nurse had high praise for her. She's worth her weight in gold and if I ever have another baby I hope she would work with me again as she is a true delight. I cannot recommend her enough.

Kenzie kept our room calm, and was the best support I could have asked for in the delivery room. She helped keep me sane, and knew what I wanted & needed without me having to say it, and kept me in the best mental state possible to help me through all the pain. It was the best decision we could have made to have Kenzie be our doula, and if we decide to have another baby, there is zero doubt that we would use Kenzie again.
