Hannah is a dedicated personal trainer and strength coach with a deep passion for empowering others through fitness and holistic health. Currently, she’s pursuing her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, a testament to her commitment to helping clients build strength, improve performance, and achieve their goals safely and effectively.

Recently, Hannah completed her birth doula training with DONA International, expanding her expertise to support women during one of life’s most transformative moments.

Hannah’s journey doesn’t stop there—she’s also heading back to school to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with plans to specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy. Her goal is to support women’s health at every stage of life, offering tailored care that blends her knowledge of fitness, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness.

Originally from West Newbury, MA, Hannah’s love for her community fuels her work. She’s passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for her clients, helping them feel confident and empowered in their health journeys. Whether she’s guiding someone through a strength program or exploring the intricate connection between movement and healing, Hannah brings energy, knowledge, and care to everything she does.
